Project Highlight: A 7,000 Sq. Ft. Super-Luxury CXO Zone in Pune

Following the successful transformation of the reception space, Uniworks Designs was entrusted with the design and execution of a dedicated CXO zone—a 7,000 sq. ft. executive enclave for the leadership team of a leading tech company in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune.

The Brief

The client required a Super Ultra Luxury environment that reflects stature, discretion, and elegance—an executive space that balances design sophistication with daily functionality. The thematic direction was clear: black and woody tones with brass accents for a rich, commanding look.

Design Narrative

We drew inspiration from global executive office standards—blending natural wood finishes, matte black textures, ambient lighting, and brass trims for a design language that evokes authority and calm.

 

Key Features of the CXO Zone:

• MD and CXO cabins with layered lighting, motorized blinds, and acoustic privacy

• A high-end lounge space with curated art and brass-detailed partitions

• Private meeting rooms with backlit veneer panels and soundproofing

• Custom brass-inlaid furniture designed and fabricated in-house

• Integrated tech systems: climate control, smart lighting, digital access

Challenges Encountered

1. Precision Detailing
   Super-luxury interiors demand zero-tolerance execution. Achieving uniform brass inlays across millwork, handling veneer with a seamless grain flow, and installing hidden lighting systems required master-level craftsmanship and continuous QC checks.

2. Material Sensitivity
   Black finishes and brass elements are highly susceptible to smudges and wear. We used PVD-coated brass, anti-fingerprint laminates, and pre-treated veneer to ensure long-term durability and premium finish.

3. Client’s Availability
   The CXOs were often unavailable for review. We worked with a delegated SPOC and used real-time digital approvals and 3D visuals to keep decisions moving without delays.

Design Outcome

The final space speaks a bold, quiet luxury—where every corner exudes finesse and formality. The warm wood and matte black contrast, accented with gleaming brass trims and subdued lighting, created an aura of power and taste.

The CXO zone has become a benchmark of the brand’s internal culture and external image. Not only does it provide a comfortable and inspiring space for leadership, but it has also enhanced visiting partner impressions and fostered deeper in-house collaboration.
