Uniworks Designs was founded in 2016 with a clear purpose - to build office spaces that work as hard as the people in them.
Started in Hyderabad by IIT graduate and architect Arun Chaubey and business entrepreneur Juhi Jaiswal Chaubey, the company began with a two-person team and a single commitment: to deliver office interiors that combine design excellence, functional precision, and on-time execution.
Today, Uniworks is one of Hyderabad's most awarded office interior design companies - a team of 100+ designers, architects, project managers, and execution specialists delivering end-to-end turnkey office fitouts for corporate clients across Hyderabad and Pune.
Over nine years and 200+ completed projects, we have developed a proven turnkey approach that gives our clients one point of contact, one accountable team, and one seamless experience - from workspace planning and interior design to civil execution, furniture, electrical, HVAC coordination, and final handover.

With 14+ years of experience managing operations across B2C and B2B segments, she brings a results-driven, process-oriented leadership approach that has scaled Uniworks from a two-person startup to a 100+ strong team delivering 200+ office interior projects.

Arun co-founded Uniworks Designs in 2016, bringing architectural precision and a technology-first approach to office interior delivery. An IIT graduate and practicing architect, Arun established the design and execution systems that Uniworks is known for. He now serves as Managing Director of the Uniworks Group.

An IIT Kharagpur alumnus with seven years of experience as an operational strategist in commercial office interiors, he has personally overseen the delivery of over 10 lakh square feet of corporate office space.
