WHAT SETS US APART
Tech-Led Precision
We design with precision and build with technology. Every space is backed by smart planning, structural thinking and design discipline, not just good looks.
True Turnkey Delivery
From concept to handover, one team handles it all. No juggling contractors, no coordination gaps and no billing surprises. Just one partner, fully accountable.
On Time, Every Time
We're known for timeline discipline. Our project management systems are built around your move-in date, not the other way around. Your deadline is ours.
200+ Projects Built
Ten years of projects across diverse sectors means we've already solved the problems your project will face, long before they ever reach your site.

Our Leadership Team
Uniworks Designs was founded in 2016 with a clear purpose - to build office spaces that work as hard as the people in them. Started in Hyderabad by IIT graduate and architect Arun Chaubey and business entrepreneur Juhi Jaiswal Chaubey, the company began with a two-person team and a single commitment: to deliver office interiors that combine design excellence, functional precision, and on-time execution. Today, Uniworks is one of Hyderabad's most awarded office interior design companies - a team of 100+ designers, architects, project managers, and execution specialists delivering end-to-end turnkey office fitouts for corporate clients across Hyderabad, Pune & Bangalore. Over nine years and 200+ completed projects, we have developed a proven turnkey approach that gives our clients one point of contact, one accountable team, and one seamless experience - from workspace planning and interior design to civil execution, furniture, electrical, HVAC coordination, and final handover. Our work spans corporate offices, IT workspaces, pharma facilities, startup offices, and enterprise headquarters. Whether you are setting up a new office, expanding your current space, or redesigning an existing workplace, Uniworks brings the expertise, systems, and team to deliver it right - on time and within budget.
