How We Work
Every project starts with understanding how the client's people work. We plan the space around headcount, collaboration and growth. Then we design it, cost it accurately, buy materials at the right price and build it to schedule. Because design, commercial and site teams work closely together, what the client approves is what gets built. We value clear communication, honest costing and delivering on our commitments.
Open Roles
Interior Designer – Workplace
You'll create office layouts, design concepts and working drawings. You'll present to clients, develop material and finish palettes, and support the site team through execution.
Experience: 2–5 years · AutoCAD, SketchUp, Ai-3d concepts · Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore
Quantity Surveyor
You'll prepare BOQs, cost estimates and rate analyses from design drawings. You'll also track variations, certify contractor bills and keep projects on budget from tender to final account.
Experience: 3+ years in interiors or fit-outs · Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore
Purchase Executive / Manager
You'll source materials and services, compare vendor quotes and negotiate rates. You'll raise purchase orders and track deliveries so that materials reach site on time and within budget.
Experience: 2–6 years in construction or interiors procurement · Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore
Finance & Accounts Executive
You'll manage project accounting, vendor payments, client billing, GST compliance and cash-flow tracking across multiple running projects.
Experience: 2–5 years · Tally · Hyderabad
Project Manager
You'll lead office fit-out projects from kickoff to handover. That includes planning schedules, coordinating design, purchase and site teams, managing contractors, and serving as the client's main point of contact.
Experience: 6+ years in commercial interiors · Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore
Site Engineer
You'll supervise daily execution on site, covering civil, carpentry, false ceiling, MEP and finishing work. You'll check quality against drawings, track progress and manage labour and material on site.
Experience: 4–6 years · Diploma / B.E. Civil · Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore
Sales & Marketing – Business Development
You'll find and win new office interior projects from corporates, property developers. You'll build client relationships, work with design and QS on proposals, understand and address client inconveniences and help grow the Uniworks brand.
Experience: 2–6 years, B2B or interiors preferred · Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore
