Project Showcase: Corporate Office for an Investment Firm – 9,800 Sq. Ft., Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Uniworks Designs had the opportunity to design and execute a 9,800 sq. ft. corporate office for a leading investment firm in Hyderabad’s Gachibowli district—home to some of the most sophisticated financial institutions and tech hubs.

The Objective

The client needed a workspace that exudes professional credibility, trust, and discretion—all while supporting focused work, high-stakes meetings, and confidential strategy sessions. It was clear from the start: this was not just a workspace, but a flagship office that needed to balance refined aesthetics with absolute functionality.

Design Strategy

The visual language was kept sleek, modern, and understated—inspired by global financial hubs. Muted color palettes, brushed metal accents, premium wood textures, and glass partitions created a clean and timeless ambience.

Key Spatial Highlights:

• Grand reception area with backlit logo wall and marble-clad backdrop

• Executive cabins and investor lounges with leather accents and rich woodwork

• Large-format boardroom with double-glazed acoustic partitions and video conferencing integration

• Work bays with low partitions and soft ambient lighting for a distraction-free environment

• Café-style pantry space with warm tones for informal engagement

Execution Challenges

1. Acoustic Control in Critical Zones
   Confidentiality was non-negotiable. We used acoustic wall panels, insulated partitions, and special door seals in meeting rooms and cabins to ensure conversations stayed private.

2. Coordination with Global Partners
   Design decisions often required approval from the client's international leadership. To maintain timelines, we provided 3D walkthroughs, material samples, and virtual reviews, minimizing delays from cross-time-zone dependencies.

3. Luxury Finishes Without Delays
   High-end finishes like natural veneer, custom stone, and imported lighting were specified. To manage logistics, our sourcing team pre-planned deliveries and pre-fabricated key elements to avoid on-site bottlenecks.

The resulting space delivers a refined, high-trust environment for investors, partners, and the leadership team. Every inch is planned to reflect discretion, class, and operational clarity—positioning the brand as a serious player in the investment ecosystem.
