About the project
Project Highlight: Corporate Office for a Travel Brand – 2,800 Sq. Ft., Sector 36, Noida
Uniworks Designs was commissioned to transform a compact 2,800 sq. ft. space in Sector 36, Noida into the head office for a dynamic travel and tourism company. The space had to not only serve operational needs but also reflect the spirit of exploration and hospitality that defines the travel industry.
Design Vision
The goal was to design an office that felt welcoming, aspirational, and experience-driven—where clients feel at ease and employees stay inspired. The theme leaned towards warm tones, travel-inspired accents, and a fluid layout that made the most of the compact floor plate.
Key Zones Delivered:
-
Reception with world-map feature wall and curated travel memorabilia
-
Executive and sales cabins with glass partitions for openness
-
Creative brainstorming zone designed like a casual travel lounge
-
Pantry with café-style seating for informal team connects
-
Wall graphics and installations depicting global landmarks and destinations
Challenges We Handled
-
Space Optimization
With limited square footage, we had to strike a balance between openness and functionality. We used glass partitions, multi-use furniture, and vertical storage to ensure no square foot was wasted. -
Client Change Requests Midway
Several layout modifications came mid-project as the client’s team expanded. We handled this with phased rework planning—adjusting workstations and service layouts without disrupting ongoing execution. -
Tight Local Vendor Coordination
Being a smaller space, cost-efficiency was critical. We worked with Noida-based vendors for civil and carpentry works to meet budget and timeline expectations—without compromising finish quality.
Final Outcome
The completed space is a bright, lively, and brand-reflective environment that brings a touch of wanderlust to everyday work. Visitors are greeted with the warmth of a travel lounge, while the backend teams operate from a well-organized, ergonomic layout.
Client Feedback
The leadership team appreciated the balance of aesthetics and utility. The office has become a talking point for their clients and has helped them create a strong first impression for B2B partners and collaborators.
