Project Highlight: Executive Lodge for a Banking Major – 6,500 Sq. Ft., Nanakramguda, Hyderabad

Uniworks Designs was chosen to design and execute a high-security, high-comfort Executive Block for a reputed banking institution in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad. Spanning 6,500 sq. ft., the block was envisioned to house stay-in suites and business-ready spaces exclusively for the bank’s top-tier leadership and visiting board members.

Design Brief

The client required a blend of discreet luxury and corporate readiness—a space that functions as a short-stay residence for CXOs while offering the look and feel of a premium hotel suite backed by business-focused amenities.

Design Concept

We treated the project like a hospitality-meets-enterprise design. Warm, understated elegance was expressed through walnut wood finishes, soft lighting, plush materials, and layered textures. The mood throughout the block was designed to feel private, composed, and exclusive.

• Fully furnished executive suites with private lounges and ensuite baths

• Soundproof boardroom with video conferencing & command center functionality

• A quiet reading lounge and dining zone with soft lighting and curated décor

• Concierge-style reception & waiting area for visiting delegates

• Smart automation in suites – lighting, blinds, and climate controls

Challenges We Overcame

1. Precision Coordination for Hospitality-Grade Detailing
   Every suite had to meet the standards of a premium hotel room—from false ceiling finishes to bathroom fittings. We deployed specialist vendors for bed furnishings, bath accessories, and acoustic insulation.

2. Security & Discretion in Design
   As the block would host senior executives, we ensured access control planning, discreet circulation paths, and minimal public exposure in the design layout.

3. Synchronizing with Bank's Compliance Teams
   Multiple approvals were required for each stage—ranging from civil works to IT to interiors. We maintained a transparent documentation and approval flow to prevent roadblocks and delays.

Final Outcome

The finished Executive Block stands as a secure, dignified retreat—offering leaders the comfort of a home with the professionalism of a boardroom. It reflects uncompromising standards in design, execution, and user privacy.
