About the project
Project Highlight: Transforming a Roadways Corporate Office Interiors in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad (3,500 sq. ft.)
Uniworks Designs had the opportunity to do interior design and execution for a 3,500 sq. ft. office space for a renowned Roadways company in the bustling business district of Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. This project was not just about building a workspace, it was about redefining how logistics professionals experience their environment daily.
The Vision
The client wanted a contemporary, efficient workspace that reflected the discipline and dynamism of the road transport industry. The design brief focused on creating a space that balanced sharp operational efficiency with modern aesthetics something that would boost productivity while leaving a lasting impression on clients and partners.
Design & Concept
We conceptualized the interiors with a fusion of industrial and minimalist design. Raw textures, linear lighting, grey-toned palettes, and exposed ceiling elements created an environment rooted in the logistics ethos—functional yet striking. The layout prioritized clear circulation paths, open work zones, collaborative corners, and a well-appointed boardroom with digital conferencing integration.
Key Zones Designed
-

-

-

-

-
Pantry and lounge zone designed for downtime without disrupting workflow
Challenges & Resolutions
-
Coordination Delays: With multiple stakeholders involved, decision-making cycles were slow, particularly on electrical and HVAC coordination. Our team implemented parallel workflows and conducted daily progress reviews to avoid downtime.
-
Site-Level Constraints: Structural columns disrupted the planned layout. Our designers cleverly integrated them into custom storage solutions and visual dividers, turning a challenge into an aesthetic feature.
-
Vendor Timelines: Custom furniture and branded signage required longer lead times. We brought in backup vendors and redesigned a few elements to suit readily available materials, ensuring we stayed on track.
Outcome & Milestone
Despite the complexities, the project was completed in 12 weeks. The final output exceeded the client’s expectations—both in terms of visual identity and usability. Employee feedback highlighted an improvement in productivity and morale, with the new workspace becoming a key talking point in their partner visits and recruitment drives.
Financial Impact
The client invested strategically in design-led infrastructure. The ROI came not only through operational efficiency but also via elevated brand positioning—leading to increased client confidence and quicker deal closures.
